The fog

With an infant, you do a lot. But it's not the kind of stuff that you get to cross off a list.

Diaper changed? Check
Nursed? (Again!) Check
Laundry done? Check
Smiled and cooed? Check!
Blog written? Not so much.

Time speeds up and slows down. They talk about the fog of war. There's a certain fog in new motherhood. Even for us veterans.
